Bembridge was busy at the weekend

We were the only visitors there..

Although another boat did moor behind us for a couple of hours at lunchtime..

The kids had a great time on the beach..

The day was much better than we had anticipated..

But the clouds started gathering towards evening..

and after a bright start to Sunday morning the clouds soon gathered again..

So we made off for home..

A great weekend.

Yes, Sessa 35. We've had it from new in 2002

Well done for a great trip. The weekend was better than expected. We left Chichester on Friday for Gosport, went to Port Solent for Saturday night. Managed to find a two hour gap to get back to Chichester, and only got a light shower for 2 minutes of the journey. There is a lot of fun to be had all through the Winter if you choose to.
