Nieuwpoort would be about 75NM - less as the crow flies, but you're dodging sandbanks the first bit and at the end. You need to time your arrival at Nieuwpoort - you don't want to be pushing the tide. Fair bit of tide between the sandbanks.
This time of year would not recommend night-time approach.
Would be easier to make a run for Ostend first - straightforward. Then catch the tide 8NM to Nieuwpoort. Nav easy - stay about 1NM offshore, shouldn't hit anything.
Quite a bit of silting in winter - they don't start dredging till about March. Best to check with various HM if you've got any deep keel boats in your flotilla.
Air Force is good -> best rates
VVW -> large deep water visitor pontoon - near to fuel berth
RYCN -> blue blazer brigade
When were you thinking of going? - might join your bunch of merry men
