Belfield Tide Plotter

I have just purchased Belfield's Tideplotter 2011 software for use on my laptop. I don't appear to have access to any instructions for use. Firstly, has anyone been using this software and how did it work out for you, particularly relevant to anchoring depths ?

Secondly, can anyone give me an idiot's guide to its use, i.e. step by step - (1) Open the prog. (2) ?????? etc. etc.

I am trying to drag myself into the electronic age, a bit late I know! I also have Navionics Gold on a Raymarine C70 Chartplotter with home laptop planning software.

A comprehensive ‘User Manual’ is available from www.tideplotter.co.uk/guide.pdf

In the installation directory, there is a file Tide Plotter.chm If you click on this, then you get some help pages. For some reason, the software seems to be looking for a .HLP file which does not exist!
