belay trailer down slipway?

I took the time to film my experience.
It wasn't perfect, but I'm sharing it here because I think it can help others who stumble across this forum like I did.
Hope my video helps others.
Keep boating :)
Danny

I've done some videos like that but I do a practice vid first and then do the real one having sorted out the glitches. :)

I don't blame you!
YouTube videos are something I'm fairly new to.
Covid upset some long term plans of ours so now I'm trying my hand at releasing the odd boating video.

So far I've released:
  • A time lapse of a 12ft rowing boat that I've been making (which seems to be doing really well - with many thousands of views)
  • A review of some AA powered emergency navigation lights I bought and modified for competing in this year's Three Rivers Race (which claims to be "Europe's toughest inland sailing race")
  • And a rub-rail removal and refit which was part of some of the winter maintenance I carried out last year.

I'd be interested to hear what type of boat videos people enjoy watching on YouTube.
I'm not sure whether to focus on boat building, classic boat restoration, general tips, solo river sailing or something else entirely.

If anyone is kind enough to feedback on this question we might want to break it out into another thread of you can personal message me. I wouldn't want to clog this thread up.
Thanks :-)
