Beer and Natters

You got Roy now. He will be very keen to introduce himself to whatever is on offer so thats 1. But he can drink for six and talk for 10. You already have a party.

Nice one Colin, good to see someone picking up the Mantel, just for info, Volvo Paul and me kicked off the very first Beer & Natter, I think Gayo did the next, the plan was to keep passing on the baton to try and keep it fresh, If I can make it, I certainly will.
 
Had an impromptu beer and natter with a forumite in St Peter port yesterday.
He took a picture as he was leaving. I’ll let him choose if he wants to make his location public by posting it.
Anyway the thing to do is name a place and time for somewhere you want to be anyway. And see how many turn up.
Make to big a thing of the t and it puts a lot of pressure on the organiser.
Do a casual thing and it could turn into one of those great days.

Is this Lymington place south of Watford?
vowed never to slum it darn sarf agin
Yeh we’ve had these do’s at boat shows too
Normally end up in Tears

I agree but this is just putting the feelers out to see if there is an appetite for a meet up.
No matter how simple you try and keep these things up still gives the organisers sleepless nights, getting this lot together is like trying to herd cats ?.
