I went for dry mat which was a significant improvement but as others have said not perfect.
Last year however I augmented it by putting a couple of closed foam camping mats underneath, the really cheap old style ones ia think we paid aout a fiver each from an outdoor shop and cut to size.
With this extra insulation placed below the dry mat we have cut condensation under the mattress to zero. I also think an electric blanket helps in the winter as it helps dry out the mattress at the same as making the bed toasty.
