I'll try get some up when there's a bit more progress, we have got one new bit of covering board in but been side tracked a bit replacing the hinges on the clamshell door on the shelter deck.

Here are some pics my mate took when we first got her to Glasson before we really started the job in anger. Since then we've made the front end cabin into a servicable temporary galley/saloon, pulled those massive winches off the front, removed a vast amount of engine room hydraulics, removed a shed load of dodgy wiring (still a skipful to remove).
Then we decided the deck leaks round the stanchions weren't going away so we started chopping them off, removing the bits of covering board around them. Then we started laminating new covering board from larch, found it didn't work after making some fancy curved firewood. Then found some decent timber and started properly getting stuck into it.
Next we've got the massive bow chock and caprail to cut off, so we can cut the next two stanchions off which are holding up the shelter deck, which will let us fit the next bits of covering board and a few more new ally stanchions.
