I was one of the few people out yesterday, beautiful, . I spent half an hour watching a dolphin/porpoise on the entrance to the orwell and have definately deided not to lift out until march. Absolutely perfect it was
Was down briefly on Saturday. Very nice indeed. Would have been a much nicer weekend for a voyage across the North Sea! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
We were out on both Saturday and Sunday - wonderful. That's what winter sailing is all about! Mind you, we were pretty glad of the heater when we were at anchor.
Despite the almost total lack of wind we were sailing, just creeping along, the log stuck but the crap in the water going past the hull, plus a tad of tide.
That looks absolutely lovely, been ill for the last few weeks and getting over some bad news so only managed to make it to the boat for about ten minutes before the fever made me go back to bed, so thanks for posting that, it's given me a bit more incentive to get back to her and get out there.
