When I was looking at Yacht Legs Co.'s offerings the prices were not at 150.-, as far as I remember, but in the several hundreds category and their adjustable offerings were considerably more than that even.
This was the reason I decided to make my own, using a similar bayonet style fitting.
I think what Vyv meant was that the actual hull fittings cost around £150 (although they charged me £185 five years ago...).
The legs themselves are (or were) much more expensive- even the non-adjustable ones were well over £1000 and the adjustable ones, from memory, well over £2k. It seems like a lot of money but they are very high quality and can be very useful. I justified mine by counting up all the time, hassle, and money I saved by not having to put the boat in a yard every year for antifoul and anodes.
