Does anyone know where I can buy Edition 9 of the Bristol Channel Yachting Association (Blue) handbook? Their website says they have sold out

Suggest you try this post on the Bristol Channel forum. Though as rogerdog says I know Watchet had some left a few months ago - you may be in luck
