BBC Atlantic Pressure charts mising

Is there a problem with the BBC weather website? When I click on 'Atlantic Pressure Charts' the page appears but no charts.

Yeah... they've stopped doing the synoptic charts on the old website. And they're not doing them on the new Beta version either. There's plenty of other places to get them tho'

They are on the new BBC site. Drop down to Maps Panel. use search arrow and choose Atlantic then Pressure.

Nope there are no Atlantic pressure charts. Isn't it ironic that in these days of Health and Safety lunacy they take a valuable tool off of their site. Likewise YM itself doesn't give you a weather forecast worth looking at - merely an advert for another web site. Imagine, a so called web site for yachties with no decent weather forecast and no tide tables. I personally use Frank Singleton's web site for weather charts.

Don't bother with the BBC, use the one above.

You just need the four-letter code for your nearest airport - EGPD is Aberdeen

Thanks for all the replies - some useful links. In fact I often use some of these but I guess that I find the BBC charts clear and nice and colourful! Convenient when I am just checking general weather. Also find the extended shipping forecast (eg for Niton) useful - not sure I've come across this on any other site.
