Extra costs involved with importing. You will have to pay on the purchase price and import duty at a rate of around 5%. Then there is the issue with CE marking. Officially it has to have it although I have heard of people importing used boats without it. Bayliners on the whole are value for money boats. They are cheaper than their competitors and this is usually down to standard of finish and quality of fittings. They have improved much over recent years so the newer the better. What website are you looking at?
