bayliner canopy seals around radar arch

Hi folks can anyone help me i need new neoprean seals that fit to the canopy edge where the pop on fixings are around the radar arch & window screen, they are about (one and a half incher wide - 38mm) and about 5mm thick tapering to one side i dont think the taper will make a lot of difference - any leads will be appreciated.
