Feeling a bit negative today, must be because I am stuck ashore on a lovely day like this anyway....
Just recieved though my door a flyer from Opal (the Bav dealers) some deep price cutting and very good add on packages on offer plus a long list of boats for immediate delivery.
Hardly, one might think, the signs of a bouyant (no keel pun intended, really!) order book.
Anyone know if this is true...

My info is .....

Remember the days of Vauxhall / Ford and fields of unsold cars ?? Go to a dealer and choose your colour etc. - it came with 'ingrowing mould' !! from the time spent in the field ....

Production lines are great all the time people buy at rate of production .... when sales drop of - OOPS !! Better park it up lads ...... we'll sell it tomorow.

But of course I could be wrong !!! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I have been on their mailshot list for 2 years, Opal usually have a few boats ready to commission at a discount of 2% to 4%. Sales volume is so high they can afford to pre-order Bavarias.

What has changed in the last month is that Match 38's and Match 42's have been discounted by about 14%.
