Battery recomandations.

Good morning.

I need 7 new batteries but space is limited. I'm a big fan of mastervolt batteries but unfortunately they don't have anything suitable in my opinion. I only have 350mmx 175mm for each battery so I need the best Ah and also great cranking power for the 2 that do STBD engine.

I am thinking of 7 xv35mf numax batteries or 7 rolls s12 31 batteries. what's peoples opinions or can someone suggest better for me. the domestic bank is only 4 batteries at 24v

I’m a big fan of Victron AGM Super Cycle Batteries. I fitted 2 x 170ah for my domestic bank and they have been flawless. They have a lot more usable capacity than a lot of others I researched. I had 3 x 115ah previously but my electrician recommended changing to 2 higher capacity batteries.
Not cheap but they have a serious spec.

I changed my Optima redtop starter battery this summer . I replaced it like for like . The orginal battery had been on since I bought the bought the boat 16 years ago. The port battery is still going strong .
I bought it off Tanya batteries on line .
