Battery pack rebuild ?

Hi all,
Does anyone have experience of a good battery pack rebuilders? Need to redo my VHF, I know it's probably cheaper to get new but it's a decent SH set and set up for helmet comms, so would like to continue using.

What is the make and model number? Buying individual cells to build pack is more expensive than similar replacement. My ICOm £12 new replacement pack (E-Bay) vs 11cels at £5ea.

I used someone a few years back for a new battery pack for an old epirb - I think it was Allbatteries or something like that. It was considerably cheaper that getting the manufacturers replacement battery pack.

Did a couple of cordless drillsd. Easy to do, bit of soldering etc. One drill type worked, the other didn't!
Batts about a quid each.
