I have. 2005 mariner (Mercury) 30hp 3 cylinder 4 Stoke efi. Normally my gauge shows around 13.5 - 14+ volts charge going to the battery when running. Now shows 11-12volts irrespective of revs. My google skills come up with rectifier/regulator or stator as likely issue. I have dismounted the regulator, and the are no signs of burn out - looks like new. How to check with a multimeter? YouTube has very few decent how to’s on this. Ps, my electrical skills are at a level which make my golf look proficient (which means p*ss poor)
