Battery isolator connections

I am planning to fit a Victron battery isolator to my boat. This is to supply current from the alternator to my separate Domestic and Engine battery banks ( 210 ah and 75ah AGM respectively).
I also have charging for the batteries from a 80 watt solar panel and a 20amp mains charger.
Should these latter two be connected directly to the batteries or via the input terminal on the battery isolator?

If you mean a Victron Argofet, or similar, you should connect the solar controller to the domestic batteries (fused at the battery end). If it's a single output mains charger, connect the same, if it's a multi output charger, obviously connect to both banks..
