batery chargers

I'm after a smart battery charger that will do two banks of 24v batteries from a shore power supply of either 110 or 240v at either 50 or 60 Hz. It should have a number of stepped phases ending in a 'float charge' state. It also should have an 'Equalisation' facility - a switch that will up the voltage(?) for a specific period to blow the crud off the battery plates.

Can anyone point me in the right direction

Most chargers will do what you want, although cheaper ones may not have the equalisation stage. Find the cheapest one you can, then see if the more expensive ones can convince you they are worth the extra money.
