basic 3 rd party insurance for a yacht with world wide coverage

Is there a go to company for basic 3rd party insurance who offers world wide coverage [ less the USA possibly ].

I have been hacking my way through loads of onine small print and my head hurts from legalese overload.

I would like to avoid the need for a full survey.

Unfortunately they have a pretty restricted cruising area which does not include mine.

They gave me third party to cruise from Oz to the UK many years ago. Wasn't that much as I recall, and upgraded me to full cover once I got to the med.
