Barlow winches

Hi Guys,

does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find some spares for Barlow 32 primary winches (non self-tailing)?

As Barlow went out of business many years ago, I'm after replacement winch/es of the same make OR large 2nd hand replacements.They need to be able to handle 16 mm sheets.

Take a look on e bay for complete winches , i bought a complete barlow for a couple of hundred quid and canabalised it for the spares, also meant i could wait on parts deliveries from australia if needed.

I took some worn parts of a Barlow winch to a marine fabricator and he made new parts, it wasn't particularly expensive and the fitting was perfect. And it was quick.

Winches that are non self tailing seem to go for little money. One that looks like an ali one on offer for $200.
