There are lots of sizes and they look like good value, but hard to know in advance if Ukrainian dinghy technology is world class and these are a bargain, or if they'll fall apart in 6 months leaving one with only a worthless guarantee. Anyone have any experience of them, good or bad?

Can't understand why you'd risk buying something like that, with potential warranty problems, when for not much more you can get a dinghy with good UK dealer support. If you take something like the Bark 270 at £349 and compare it with a cheap inflatable such as a Seago 270 Ranger at about a hundred quid more, the Seago has an inflatable floor and keel, is made of heavier fabric, and takes a bigger engine.

You're right in a way, and I won't be buying one, but the savings do get bigger when you get into the larger sizes and if lots of people had said they were impressed with them, I'd have considered one. Since nobody has...
