Barbarossa Winch Spare Parts

I have a Barbarossa 41.2 self tailing winch (boat was built 1988 and I think the winch is original) which is missing some of the self tailing mechanism. Can anyone suggest where I might be able to get spares for this winch?

Also, the drum has worn smooth and does not grip as well as it might. The internal parts of the winch all look good and it works fine otherwise, so I'm inclined to keep it if I can.

Barbarossa were taken over by Harken about the time your boat was built. You might try them www.harken.com for spares
