The lake idea has lots of attractions. Just think, they could leave St Kats and the other marinas on free flow so no access problems. Of course, much of London would be flooded so there would be a major incentive for population redistribution around the country

Maybe we should have a little competition to identify all the benefits that would/could ensue?
