i can't seem to stop a dripping fuel leak from the banjo bolt fitting on my engine. I've replaced the copper washers and don't think I'm overtightening the fitting. Does anybody have any tips?

you might anneal the copper to make it a bit softer, heat in a gas flame until it starts to show colours (yellow/blue) then drop it straight into cold water.

you should in theory do this every time you re-fit as the normal work cycle of heating and slow cooling causes hardening.

Is it coming from further up the hose and running down on to the banjo? Is the hose secured to the banjo with a loose Jubilee clip?
