Hi,

Anyone fancy a week (or two) sailing in the Baltic this summer on a 35 footer? Various dates!

I'm looking for one or two people to crew with me (max of 3 on board). Crew pay own travel costs and a share of the onboard expenses.
Before anyone asks - this is a private - (i.e. non-commercial!) cruise.

How would you estimate costs per person? And do you have any requirements for crew? I'm just starting and by that time will complete dinghy RYA L1&2 + RYA Competent Crew. And would be good to know approximate time frame. Thanks!

BUT costs are not very much - are variable depending on lots of things - but in the order of £20/day for everything (.....don't hold me to it!) whilst you are on board. Travel to/from the boat is extra (you to arrange). The pm explains more!
 
Just as a note to this listing...a friend and I had a weeks sailing with Dave a couple of seasons ago and a great week it was!
There are no catches or hidden agenda's......just straight forward wanting crew who actually get to sail the boat too! If you have the time go for it!
 
I second that there are no catches. I did a week in Scotland with Dave and had a great time. Highly recommended.
He does insist that you pump his loo a lot though, a lot of pumping if you have a weak bladder like me.
 
Ian & Phil - thanks for the endorsements! However Ian, I would have thought that as a professional plumber you would have got your bladder sorted a long time ago!!!:o
 
Places are going fast, and have now only the following availability:
weds 17th June (for 7-10 days) sailing from Kappeln (in Germany near border of Denmark, (suggest flight to Hamburg and then train)) to Aarhus (in Denmark, suggest Ryanair flight to uk from Aarhus). This will be easy sailing in very sheltered waters.
Fri 21st August (7-10 days) sailing from Kalmar (South Eastern Sweden (suggest flight to Copenhagen and then train) to Copenhagen.
