Baltic Lifejacket: weight of arming cylinders

I want to check the weight of the arming cylinders on some Baltic Lifejackets. I want to buy some suitable scales.

How do I find out what they should weigh, and roughly what will this be?

IT should be stamped on the side.
If not just weigh them all they should all be the same if not you can identify the duff one as it will not be the same.

Yes, will be stamped on the side. The ones for my Seago (happen to have a new one sitting on my desk - dont ask!) is GW 147 grammes.

May not help you as the LJ may not be in the UK but I use the scales in the local post office. Its simple and accurate enough.
Most cylinders should be stamped with the weight normally somewhere about 140g for a 33g cylinder.
