Bad weather in Spain

I've just been sent this

I've been trying to find the locations of the places in the video - it seems to span several places.
One seems to me to be the area between the port of Sabina and Espalmador
An area that I've avoided because it seemed a bit exposed.
We were caught out in that area in 2017 in strong winds from the East.
Luckily for us, we found a safe spot in Poroig.
But if I'm right about the location, Poroig would have been hit head on in these winds.

It is so lovely in nice conditions though.

We checked with some "liveaboard" friends - nothing like that weather in Sant Carles.
The video reports the weather hitting Valencia so it must have skirted round.

We were only 80 miles away and weren't aware of this storm (we had no such weather in Altea). A day or so later we had a yacht park behind us which had lost its mast in the storm. The owners thought they would die. Horrendous experience.
