Looks like Ancaster are trying to shift factory stock with big discounts!

£48,000 off an S29

£40,000 off an SC29

£61,000 off an SC38

See Release HERE

Knocking £48k off the now discontinued S29 means one for well under a £100k.

Not good for Sealine owners of recent models. The good news is that the S35/SC35 is not on the list so must be selling well!

phew!! sooo pleased we got rid of ours before!!

back end of last summer sealine south coast had a new S29 at port hamble for £109k i think.

last time i spoke to Ancasta, they were raving about how many used boats were selling and how they "could" have sold mine for more that we got!

maybe times are harder for them at the moment!!

The S29 is a good deal, but effectivly it is a used boat as they only have the one and its been sitting around for over a year.

The SC29 and SC38 are still current though, and those deals do seem very keen. wonder if they would give the discount as a finance deposit....

Re: Bad news on Residuals for SC29/S29, SC38 owners!

nothing wrong with the boat at all!!! we loved it but it wasnt right for us (personal preference) the relief was at managing to offload it before residuals dropped and forcing us to take a bigger hit!!

Jez,

You are right. the S29 was discontinued a while ago so that is an ex-demo. There are also ex-demo SC38 and SC29 on the list but they will also discount brand new ones which you order for delivery by the end of Dec. Those will be the best deals. In reality you can order a top spec SC29 for £115k....and there are two year old ones up for more than that on brokerage. A new SC38 can be had for about £210k all in.

Maybe they would do a cash back deal to help with deposit....in fact you just need to ask!

Cheers

Yes I came across this cheap boat war recently after carrying out an engine survey and sea trial on an SC29 with d3 engines, I believe the purchaser nicked it.

Nice boat for the money but thought 30.5 knots was a little slow for the stepped hull.

Good sea trial demo from Tims sealine skipper.
