Bad luck now comes in 4\'s

A couple of weeks ago my wife was shopping locally and when she returned to the car she found a dent in the wing and the front bumper nearly pulled off. Last Saturday, in the early hours, a car crashed into our front wall and demolished it completely - 30' of it. Tuesday she was in the same car park and this time someone's hit the door putting a small dent in it. This evening she was sitting in the car when someone ran into the rear slightly damaging the rear bumper. Add to that the huge tax bill I've just paid and it's been a pretty cr8p fortnight.
Hopefully there's a light at the end of this tunnel of woe but with my luck lately, it's probably a train coming!

You dont by any chance live anywhere near Godalming Waitrose do you... your experiences ring big bells with our own experiences in their car park.

But hey, a huge tax bill suggests things can't be all bad - its the day I get a small one I'll be worried!

Have you seen the advert where the Indian guy is trying to turn his car into a Peugeot 206. What is your wife trying to reshape hers into?

Recommend you change the car for a Landrover. Ours (so old it was tax-exempt) had towbars front and back. Woman in Tescos car park leaned over to whack small child and drove straight into the front of said Landrover ruining front of her hatchback and breaking radiator. "What am I going to tell my husband ?!" she asked HWMBO. Landrover was unscratched. (Mind you its windows leaked so badly you had to wear full oilies when driving !)
