If, like me , you are partial to a bacon butty but dread the frying pan aftermath - and you have a microwave theres a new bacon pack in the stores called Danepack Rapid Rashers and its brill.
Pack contains 3 microwave pouches each containing two rashers of good quality back bacon and a pack takes around 70 secs to cook. mmmmm...

Nothing like bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatos, fryed bread with marmite on, followed by toast for a wonderful, breakfast when out boating, mmmmmmm, Or even on a sunday morning, Must go now mouth watering and going to cook!!!!!

You can already cook ordinary bacon in the microwave - have been doing so for years. Minimum 2 mins, or 1 min per slice if more than two slices. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

bugger the microwave; make yer bacon butties at home, wrap 'em in tinfoil and take then with you. Then when you want a quick snack lob them into the oven or under the grill for 5 minutes; magic! and no mess or even frying pans.....

cheers,
david
