Good to hear you are back in the water.
How did the ballast repairs go, sounded like a tricky job to secure the pig iron!!
What other work were you able to get done?

Grind and fill crack around the bow roller.
replace bow roller with custom stainless version with added stem strap
grind out and fill cracks around the push pit mounting.
Remove sea toilet, fill exit sea cock hole.
New instruments all around.
new masthead antenna.
Fabricated a new switch panel.
Rewired the entire boat.
Fitted stereo (£20 all in off ebay), sounds amazing because I built custom speaker pods out of MDF. :)
Drilled and bolted the stove gimbals after the no more nails gave up at sea.

That's about it I think.
 
I'm sure father-in-law has told you already but Grimsby appears to be an inexpensive place to stop over in the Humber (all the fish heads you can eat too I suspect!)
