Baby Blake into Centaur

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the site and hope to gain much from those experienced coves out there in Tinterweb land.

Question,
Has anyone put in a Baby Blake toilet into a Westerly Centaur? I have bought a BB off the ebay and want to fit it in replacement of the original (Raritan?) which has had a hard life.

If no response try the Westerly Owners Association website,you may have to join for (£15 ?)I believe,but probably money well spent for the info there.

Unless in perfect working order, probably not a good thing to do as spares are hugely expensive. Brand new Jabscos are under £100 and a far better bet. Fitting is the same for any boat, although you may find it a tight fit in a Centaur, which had an SL originally but probably now many are replaced with a Jabsco or Lavac.

Replaced SL with Jabsco last year. Fits quite easily, though with pump on the left. Fitted a compact (was being pessimistic about the space) but a standard size would fit. Only wish it was less than £100!

£94.95 from Gael Force, £99.95 from Force4 - think you will find all the main chandlers sell it under £100 - hope you did not pay more! (Pipework extra of course)

Thanks everyone,

Wise words regarding spares for Baby Blake. I was advised though that they are the RR of the boat loo world. Mines in ok condition and Come under 70 quid.....but yes spares kit is 159 and yet a New Jabsco loo is under 100??? Anyone want a Baby Blake?!!
 
I was really hoping this was a thread about rigging a baby black with a small mast and two keels and turning it 'into a Centaur'.

That would really wind the WOA up!
