What would you consider a reasonable response time for a tech question via the official support email?

I sent a question last weekend and immediately received an automated "your question is very important to us" reply and am still waiting for the human reply.

Somewhat exasperated I sent another today asking them what they consider to be a reasonable response time and got the same auto reply.

Any bets on how long I have to wait for a human response to either?

From B&G themselves or from Tinley? I have never managed to get any form of response from Tinley, even when I was thinking of spending quite a lot of money with them.
 
No idea about the email response times but I have used the B and G telephone tech support number, from the SIMRAD website, a couple of times this year as we have been getting sorted with our new ZEUS Touch/Triton set up and they have been really prompt in answering and their responses/suggestions have resolved issues and queries promptly.

I phone support, end up talking to a lady at Tinley, she is superb?
