What would you consider a reasonable response time for a tech question via the official support email?
I sent a question last weekend and immediately received an automated "your question is very important to us" reply and am still waiting for the human reply.
Somewhat exasperated I sent another today asking them what they consider to be a reasonable response time and got the same auto reply.
Any bets on how long I have to wait for a human response to either?
