B&G Instrument Fault

I have a B&G Network Wind instrument that has recently gone into fault, I have asked B&G for help through their web site but have had no response. In the LCD screen the I get 'E19' flashing and the analogue dial swings about three times through 270 degrees anyone any ideas?

Can't help with the problem, but surprised you've had no reply from B&G. I emailed them about a plotter which has long been out of production and had a quick reply.

E19 = Microprocessor exception, caused by invalid op-code

Well thats what my bit of paper about the codes tells me, but kinda implies the processor has a headache. Most probs are down to moisture, try drying the unit somewhere warm.

As is the way with these things I got home tonight and there was the reply from B&G with an apology for the delay.
