B&B\'s in Henley

Has anyone used or know of anyone who has stayed at Demark House in Henley (nr Phyllis Court).
Trying to plan a few river trips for parents and looking at places for them to stay. The location of this one looks good as it is only a short walk from fawley meadow, where we would moor up.
If anyone has any other suggestions for B&B's, then let me know (they don't want to pay hotel prices).

Don't know about the B&B's but people I've worked with have used The Catherine Wheel, £60 a night for a double room.

I know Denmark House very well, 'cos I used to work there!
