We recently had our boat superstructure painted and even though she hasn’t yet made it’s way out of the shed the painted areas are already showing signs of wear and tear inn places from the yard’s people going on and off the boat, mainly working on the engine. Mostly minor stuff on the sides of the cockpit coaming but somewhat worried that if this is what it is like with minor use, what will it be like when used for, you know, actual sailing? Is this normal or something that was wrong when it was painted? Wrong temperature etc? Pretty disappointed, having spent a lot on the paint job….
