Autopilot installation in Grenada

A company called “Turbulence “ said they had qualified installers, worked out... they didn’t follow ray marine specifications, rude, invoice with items not used, didn’t work because of wrong connections, didn’t want to repair while I was on board, no refund. No technical knowledge, spilled iron on deck , so lots of rust spots.
A terrible experience, fixed it myself with help of other companie.
Turbulence gives a lot of turbulence!!!!
Don’t go there.
Did anyone else had bad experience with this company? Thanks

For general info the goto guy for Raymarine in Grenada is Herve Pugin at Grenada Marine.

Because he is the goto guy he can be difficult to track down. It is worth persevering as he really knows his stuff.
