yes just started in IE9 on teh vista machine. no problem with Firefox and no problem with IE10 on the Widows 7 machine. Logged in fine this time but previously have not been able to

Works perfectly on Mac with Firefox, Mac with Safari, iPad, iPhone .........

But then again you would expect this from me.

I can get general then date & time but DST Correction Option, set "DST Corrections always on" does not appear on my i pad

I had this problem for a few days over Easter on both an Ubuntu machine and a Windows 7 one, both using Firefox. But it just went away on its own yesterday on both systems. Both using the same router and internet connection.
