Does anyone else have this problem?

I click the button to go to this forum. The forum appears, then the browser automatically advances to a blank page with the URL https://forums-secure.ybw.com/forums/profile.php?do=dst . I then need to do two cycles of clicking the backup button and then clicking the button for the forum again before the browser will stay on the forum page. This happens with both Internet Explorer and Chrome.
 
Yep. Been happing to me for nearly a month now. Posted in the website feedback forum, messaged Richard Shear, Natalie and emailed the support desk. But no one cares enough to fix it...

It seems more common if you are in the USA.

same happened to me in IE10. I was locked into the page and couldn't get back to log out so ended up in a white loop.
Changed my browser to chrome and all was fine... until they change it again.
 
Works perfectly on Mac with Firefox, Mac with Safari, iPad, iPhone .........

But then again you would expect this from me. :D
 
Possibly not the browser but something to do with the router. I had this problem a lot last week while in hotels in EU. Never had it at home on the same machine.
 
I've had it ever since the software change on both my iPad and PC. At the beginning I had a massive process to go through, now I have to go to a deep link after getting the blank page.

Really can't believe it hasn't been fixed properly by now.....
 
Just happened to me for the first time today in both IE and Firefox with Windows 7.

Tried deleting the shortcut in favourites, then re-creating it, but still the same.

A right PITA!
 
yep... now been stuffed in Chrome..

Why can't we go back to the days when everything worked and we were all happy slagging off the world.
New is not always better
