Autohelm/Raymarine ST50 replacement

I'm wondering if anyone on the forum has used this updated kit.

I'm interested to find out if the size/diameter of the new kit matches the old of 50/51mm, but have had not joy from emailing them.......

Raymarine have a very useful website for specs on thier autohelms, including older models.

FWIW - My replacement ST50 thru hull fitting says AIRMAR ABYC H-27 on the bottom.. The ST50 impellor and flap (that stops the sea coming in) are the same and fit it perfectly...

If your profile said more about where you are I might be able to offer you the chance to compare the Autohelm thru-hull with the Airmar Thru-Hull in real life so you could see for yourself... hope this helps... Martin.

If you go the Airmar website they have a list of which of their transducers are used by which marine electronics company, so cross referencing Airmar with Raymarine ST50 etc. My understanding is that virtually all depth and speed transducers for Garmin, Simrad, Raymarine, Lowrance etc come from Airmar, and have for a very long time.
