Auto seacock display?

Like most of us, I suspect, I just don't have any say in the matter but am programmed to check for abundant water coming out of the exhaust before even thinking of engaging gear.

Checklist, checklist, checklist. Simples.
 
Yes, I think getting in to the habit of checking for water in the exhaust is best as is pretty much covers all the problems such as, seacock open, twiddly thing still twiddling etc. It is also a good opertunity to check for stray lines in the water.
