Hi Guys
I have an Auto Helm S7000 linked to a Type 300 12 volt and am getting Liw Battery error whenever I press the Auto button

I can switch the unit on and it goes to standby and the rudder angle etc shows up and everything seems fine. But when I press Auto, I immediately get the Low Battery error and it will not connect

I know Ardenforth started a thread about this, many years ago, but I cannot see if it resolved. I have checked the power for any stoppage when I press Auto, and there isn’t any pier drop, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem

Also I have a spare Type 100 12v, and am wondering if I can swap this over for the Type 300, I can’t see any real difference between the two computers, other than the 300 is more powerful and also has a 24v version ?

Any views at all ?

Thanks HC
