I have to say, it's very unlikely that it's YBW.com. it's much more likely that you're infected with malware...

are there certain keywords in the text, that when you move your mouse over them, things pop up or play?

Heres what worked for me but dont ask me how it works......... In Internet Explorer select internet options from the tools menu. Select " advanced " now scroll down to " enable third -party browser extensions " untick box and click the apply box at the bottom. Wether this will interfere with anything on your setup I dont know but looking online I cant see any major problems and it is easy to reverse.
