Doth anybody know the club plans for the Medway cruise. Direct from Teddington round to where exactly ? ...is it MDL Chatham or RCC clubhouse, ask merely because have got to arrange for the collection of a certain club member and his recollection of the actual destination is hazy to say the least.
 
Saturday at Teddington, Sunday and Monday evenings at Chatham, then on to RCC.

Said member with hazy memory wouldn't happen to have a Fairline with a green canopy by any chance would he?

I think he also had a "professional" Medway Skipper/Pilot on board too. Terrible thing this ageing where neither of them can remember what they were doing 12 months ago!
 
What are the dates for this cruise please ? departure and re-arrival times please ? Number of boats ?

I'll put it on the whiteboard at work so we are expecting you ....
 
Haven't got the full details as I'm not the person organising it but we will be leaving Teddington on the outward trip on Sunday 29th May on the first tide (haven't got the times handy) and returning Saturday 5th of June, again on the morning tide I believe.

Expect about a dozen or so boats each way.

I will ask the cruise organiser to call Teddington Lock to confirm.

If you are all going out / arriving at once , we will try and get the barge lock ready for you so you can depart in one hit and stick together.
 
Sounds good.

We also have a group coming down for the London marathon, which I believe will be passing through Teddington Lock on the 24th and returning on the 26th of April. Again I'd expect about a dozen boats.

I have asked the organisers of both cruises to contact Teddington Lock direct to advise / book passage times.
