Is it a nice sail in a week expecting swimming, dining out etc on route?

It's quite a distance all the way to Corfu in one week. Pretty long days won't leave much shore time. I thought three days sailing from Athens to Oxia was quite good in my boat, and that's halfway, so you'll have to push on to make it in six days. Still, looking at the pic of your boat it will maintain a good motorsailing speed..

You're likely to be headed by the wind most/all the way, so much'll depend how fast you can motor. To be honest, I'd suggest that one week Athens to Corfu would prove a long hard slog and if the weather kicks-up, quite unpleasant too. If you're hoping to spend some time swimming/dining out enroute, then I'd advise putting in a 24/48 hour non-stop passage through the Gulfs of Corinth and Patras, then day sail the second half.
