Well done MBY for the article on page 14 of the latest (May 2012) issue.
This is EXACTLY how I've seen the matter after countless conversations on this forum.
In fact the wording is VERY familiar.
Anyway, all we have to do now is to get every broker to print the page off and display it for all their customers to see.
The question and answer approach was really useful in explaining the various aspects.
Hopefully, the industry can now move forward and not treat this subject as some kind of black art.
