At Last! A Way to Get Rid of TEPs

If it is, indeed, illegal to let off flares, smokes, rockets for any reason other than distress then next Friday at 23.00 is surely an appropriate of moment in history to get rid of TEPs. I just hope the ground is damp enough and the bench has remainer sympathies.
