Arriving in Germany, leaving from Sweden

I have a UK passport. I'm planning to fly from UK to Hamburg, join a boat in Strande, sail to Gothenburg in Sweden, and fly home. Any EU travel requirements that I should prepare for, as far as you know? Ideally, has someone done something similar: arrived in a Schengen country and departed from a different Schengen country?

Providing you get an entry and exit stamp in your passport you should not have any problems.

You get stamped into Schengen when you arrive in Schengen & stamped out of Schengen when you depart Schengen. You are overthinking it. As far as customs go it's all one big country. You are arriving once & departing once. Simples!

I do know somebody who flew into Hamburg on a scheduled flight, joined the boat and sailed it back to UK. But when she went to get stamped out at Calais she found that the Germans hadn't stamped her in!
